I don't get forum notifications, how do I activate them?
To receive forum notifications for a MOOC:
open the “Notification Preferences” (user → preferences → notification preferences), locate the Forum row and set all related indicators to On;
enter the forum and click on “Subscribe forum” in the top right-hand corner.
If the “Subscribe to forum” option does not appear, the failure to send notifications may be due to the fact that you have already subscribed to the forum, but have unsubscribed from a particular thread. Check the Subscribe column next to the threads and activate any unchecked ticks.
