The issuance of the certificate of accomplishment will soon be replaced with the Open Badge. In this "transition" period, only users with a Polimi account will be able to download the certificate of participation as a PDF from Politecnico's online services.

If the MOOC you're interested in doesn't yet issue an Open Badge (you can see this from the "Certificate" section), don't worry! When the Open Badge becomes available, you will receive a notification at the email address with which you registered on the portal. You will just need to access the MOOC and click on "Get the Open Badge" ("How do I download the Open Badge?")
