What are the requirements for obtaining an Open Badge or a Certificate of accomplishment for a course?
You can receive the certificate, regardless of the two available formats, if you have completed the required activities. Generally, these consist of reaching or exceeding 60% of the obtainable score in each graded quiz and completing the final survey. Check the "Certificate" section of each individual course for the completion criteria and the type of certification offered.

How do I download the Open Badge?
Once you have completed the required actions to pass the MOOC, you will need to click on the "Get the Open Badge" section in Course content to initiate the badge issuance. If you don't click on this section, you won't receive the badge. Instructions for accessing the badge will be sent to the email address with which you are registered in POK.

Here are the necessary steps to obtain the PDF certificate of accomplishment:

Meet the conditions indicated in the "Certificate" section to pass the MOOC.
- At this point, you will have unlocked the "Certificate of Accomplishment request" activity at the end of the course: access it and answer "Yes" to the quiz.
- Once the quiz review is closed, go to "Certificate requests and self-certification" and you will be redirected to the relevant page of Politecnico's online services.
- Go to "Training courses", open the dropdown menu next to "Courses" on the new page and select the course of interest to download the certificate in PDF format. If you don't see it in your list yet, wait a few minutes.

I don't access POK with a Polimi account, how do I download the certificate of accomplishment?
The issuance of the certificate of accomplishment will soon be replaced with the Open Badge. In this "transition" period, only users with a Polimi account will be able to download the certificate of participation as a PDF from Politecnico's online services.
If the MOOC you're interested in doesn't yet issue an Open Badge (you can see this from the "Certificate" section), don't worry! When the Open Badge becomes available, you will receive a notification at the email address with which you registered on the portal. What information does the certificate of accomplishment include?
The certificate of accomplishment includes the following information:
- Your full name, as registered in Politecnico di Milano's online services;
- course title;
- instructor's name and signature;
- date.
It is also specified that the certificate does not entitle you to university credits nor to grades or diplomas.

How can I delete my account?
To request the deletion of your Polimi account and your personal information, send a request to privacy@polimi.it. Since deletion from the POK system is an irreversible action, you will be asked to complete a process aimed at confirming your identity. For more information, consult the privacy policy.

What does my profile consist of?
Your profile is a page that collects information about you and your activities on POK.
For example, it shows your first name, last name, e-mail address and the MOOCs you are enrolled in on POK.

Only you and POK administrators can see the remaining blocks (Privacy and Policies, Course Details, Reports).

Yes: if a tour is available on the page you are on, at the bottom of the page (e.g. dashboard) you will find a “Reset user tour in this page” button. Use it to restart the tour.
